Paju City Successfully Concludes 'Paju Youth Hope Festival'

27 Youth Entrepreneur Booths and More Exciting Attractions

Paju City successfully held the "3rd Paju Youth Hope Festival" on the 28th at the plaza in front of the Paju City Urban Management Headquarters, receiving enthusiastic responses from citizens.

On the 30th, Paju City in Gyeonggi Province announced that the '3rd Paju Youth Hope Festival,' held on the 28th at the plaza in front of the Paju City Urban Management Headquarters, was successfully conducted with enthusiastic responses from citizens.

The Paju Youth Hope Festival is an event planned and directly operated by the festival planning committee of the Youth Policy Council. The 3rd Youth Hope Festival was themed around the representative slogan "4EVER 0!" (Youth, Health, Freedom, Love, Forever), and various programs were organized accordingly.

Main programs included ▲the 'Youth Mini Olympics,' which was the grand prize proposal from the Paju Youth Policy Hackathon ▲'Random Dance Challenge' ▲street performances ▲diverse experience zones such as personalized color (personal color) sessions ▲and the operation of the Parang-i photo zone.

Related organizations participated as well, with members of the Youth Policy Council conducting demand surveys and quiz events targeting youth to promote the 'Youth Space (GP1934).' Additionally, the Paju Health Promotion Center and Paju Employment Welfare Plus Center participated to provide mental health and employment information for young people.

The 3rd Paju Youth Hope Festival collaborated with the Unjeong Lake Park Fireworks Festival, allowing attendees to enjoy the fireworks display. Furthermore, through a flea market featuring 27 youth entrepreneurs, opportunities were provided for young entrepreneurs to sell their products, offering citizens a rich variety of attractions.

Kim Kyung-il, Mayor of Paju City, stated, "There is a saying that 'luck happens when preparation meets opportunity.' Paju will always stand with youth so that they can become the luck for young people, enabling them to encounter more opportunities armed with diverse experiences and a spirit of challenge."
