38 People to Receive Over 50 Million Won in the Second Half of This Year
Paid Twice Annually for 12 Years
Namyang Dairy Products announced on the 30th that it has paid approximately 50 million KRW in 'Family Scholarships' to 38 children of dealership owners, following the first half of this year.
The Family Scholarship is a system introduced by Namyang Dairy Products in 2013, the first in the dairy industry, to promote mutual growth with dealerships. It is paid twice a year to ease the academic burden on dealership families. Over 12 years until this year, a total of about 1.41 billion KRW has been provided to 1,088 recipients.

Along with this, several welfare programs are operated, including ▲profit-sharing system that shares profits generated during transactions with dealerships ▲business support such as client development, marketing, and equipment replacement ▲providing congratulatory and condolence gifts and childbirth supplies, continuing support exceeding 50 billion KRW in total.
Additionally, a dealership coexistence meeting is held where executives and dealership representatives gather to explore various measures. The coexistence meeting, attended by employees and representatives of dealerships nationwide, plays a significant role in building mutual trust and cooperation by listening to difficulties in the sales field, preparing improvement plans, and reflecting them in policies.
Due to these activities, Namyang Dairy Products has received an excellent rating in the 'Fair Trade Commission Dealership Sector Fair Trade Agreement Implementation Evaluation' since 2022. Last year, based on the establishment of fair trade-related regulations, signing of standard dealership transaction agreements, operation of mutual cooperation systems such as sales activity support, various welfare benefits, and awards, it was selected as a 'Dealership Companion Company' by the Fair Trade Commission.
A Namyang Dairy Products official stated, "We will continue to operate various systems that can strengthen coexistence and cooperation with dealerships."
