Wonju City (Mayor Won Kang-su) announced on the 30th that Park Min-a, an officer of the Non-Tax Revenue Team in the Collection Division of Wonju City, won the Grand Prize at the '2024 Local Non-Tax Revenue Best Practices Presentation Contest' held on the 26th at the Shinsegae Yeongnangho Resort in Sokcho City, hosted by Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (Governor Kim Jin-tae).
Park Mina, an officer of the Non-Tax Revenue Team in the Collection Division of Wonju City, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province (center), received the Grand Prize at the "2024 Local Non-Tax Revenue Best Practice Presentation Contest" on the 26th and is receiving a congratulatory bouquet. The presentation contest was organized to explore the development direction of non-tax revenue through research presentations and discussions, attended by about 100 public officials from Gangwon Province and its cities and counties.
On that day, Park Min-a from Wonju City gave a presentation titled 'Enhancing Non-Tax Revenue Collection Efficiency through the Taxpayer Support Call Center,' sharing the operation methods and achievements of Wonju City's Local Tax and Non-Tax Revenue Taxpayer Support Call Center, which is operated targeting small delinquent taxpayers, earning her the honor of receiving the Grand Prize.
A Wonju City official stated, "The excellent result at the Local Non-Tax Revenue Best Practices Presentation Contest is the outcome of the relentless efforts and dedication of the staff in the Collection Division of Wonju City," adding, "We will do our best to contribute to expanding local finances by continuously improving work practices to enhance taxpayer convenience and seeking efficient collection methods."
