A middle-aged woman who subdued a gang of robbers fleeing on a motorcycle with one hand has drawn attention.
On the 26th (local time), the British media outlet Daily Mail reported, "On the 24th, a middle-aged woman instantly subdued a gang of robbers fleeing on a stolen motorcycle on a road in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, Southeast England."
In the released video, two men wearing black helmets covering their faces are seen fleeing on a stolen motorcycle when they are grabbed by a woman with white hair. When the woman grabs the clothes of the robber sitting on the back of the motorcycle with one hand and pulls him, the robber's body is pulled backward by the woman's hand and he is thrown to the ground.
Netizens who saw the video praised the woman for bravely stepping forward in a situation where she could have been seriously injured.
