Samsung Electronics introduced the first product equipped with 'Galaxy AI' by launching the 'Galaxy S24 series' in January. In July, it released the first foldable phone with Galaxy AI, the 'Galaxy Z Fold6·Z Flip6'. Samsung Electronics explained, "Galaxy AI, which supports the Korean language, has received favorable reviews, and the high sales of the Galaxy S24 series and Galaxy Z Flip6·Z Fold6 continue."
Samsung Electronics also conducted software updates so that existing Galaxy users can use AI features. More than 10 Galaxy AI features were added to major smartphones such as the Galaxy S23 series, S22 series, Z Flip5, Z Fold5, Z Flip4, Z Fold4, and major tablet models including the Galaxy Tab S9 series and S8 series.
The most frequently used Galaxy AI feature by Galaxy users is 'Circle to Search', and the 10th and 20th generations mainly used AI features such as 'Note Assist', 'Photo Assist', and 'Chat Assist'.
Samsung Electronics plans to expand AI-supported devices and supported languages. Currently, Galaxy AI supports 16 languages, but this number is expected to increase to 20 within the year.
