QuantumOn "Withdrawal of Merger Decision with Daehan Jonggeon"

QuantumOn announced on the 27th that it has withdrawn its resolution to merge with Daehan Jonggeon.

QuantumOn stated, "In the first half of this year, significant changes in the management environment, such as contingent liabilities of Daehan Jonggeon, occurred, leading us to reconsider the merger to enhance shareholder value, which is the purpose of the merger," and explained, "Uncertainty has arisen regarding the completion of the merger due to Daehan Jonggeon's management environment."

It added, "Considering the managerial and financial impacts of the merger, we judged that it would be difficult to achieve the original purpose of the merger."
