Approximately 200 participants from 10 related organizations, including Saha District Office, Saha Police Station, Saha Fire Station, Army 53rd Division Unit 6339, and the National Experience Group, took part in this drill, representing the public, private, and military sectors.

The corporation focused the training on strengthening real-time cooperative response systems with related organizations and enhancing practical response capabilities in accordance with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's key priorities.

The drill simulated a scenario in which an earthquake caused a derailment of the urban railway and a fire broke out in a personal mobility device carried by a passenger inside the train. The scenario included the corporation's initial response and recovery of the derailed vehicle, followed by the emergency dispatch of fire, police, and health agencies to carry out fire suppression, rescue operations, and facility restoration.

The drill assessed the corporation's initial response, recovery of derailed vehicles in areas such as rolling stock, electricity, signaling, communications, and facilities, fire suppression of battery fires by the fire department using a mobile water tank, the army's CBR (Chemical, Biological, Radiological) response training for gas leaks caused by earthquakes, and damage assessment using drones, thereby checking the interlinked response system among related organizations.

For the first time, the corporation introduced the disaster safety communication network (PS-LTE) in this drill, enabling real-time situation sharing among disaster-related agencies and further strengthening disaster response capabilities. Based on PS-LTE, local governments, police, fire stations, health centers, and the military shared information in real time as they would in an actual emergency, confirming close cooperation through accident response and on-site support system checks.

Lee Byungjin, President of Busan Transportation Corporation, stated, "Through drills that reflect social issues, we aim to enhance the safety of the urban railway and our disaster response capabilities," and added, "We will do our utmost to ensure the safety of citizens through systematic training with related organizations that closely resembles real situations."
