On the 27th, Hwang Jeong-ah, spokesperson for the Democratic Party of Korea, held a press conference at the National Assembly Communication Office in Yeouido, Seoul, stating, "The National Human Resources Development Institute for Public Officials, which has degenerated into a far-right YouTuber's propaganda outlet, is polluting the public service sector," and added, "It has been confirmed that far-right New Right-leaning figures were included in each cohort of the 14 training sessions conducted for public officials below grade 4."

She also criticized, "Is Kim Chae-won, head of the National Human Resources Development Institute for Public Officials, intending to pollute the public service sector with New Right ideology and hand over petty cash to the New Right using taxpayers' money?" and said, "Even after this, they claim that the New Right and President Yoon Seok-yeol are unrelated, which is laughable."

She further urged, "If President Yoon is truly unrelated to the New Right ideology, he should immediately dismiss Director Kim," and strongly called for, "The immediate removal from the Korean government of modern-day spies such as Kim Tae-hyo, First Deputy Director of the National Security Office, who refuses to salute the Taegeukgi flag citing Japan's sentiments; Kim Moon-soo, Minister of Employment and Labor, who claims that the ancestors during the Japanese colonial period held Japanese nationality; and Kim Hyung-seok, Director of the Independence Hall, who denies Liberation Day."

According to data received by Assemblyman Mo Kyung-jong's office of the Democratic Party of Korea from the Ministry of Personnel Management, Director Kim was in charge of the lecture "Understanding the Government Philosophy," Director Kim was responsible for "National Unity from a Historical Perspective," and Hyun Jin-kwon, Director of the Gangwon Research Institute, led "Understanding the Free Market Economy" as part of the educational program "Understanding the Government Philosophy of the Yoon Seok-yeol Administration" conducted by the National Human Resources Development Institute for Public Officials. The opposition party criticizes these individuals as figures holding New Right ideology.
