The "Yangju Ten Million Celosia Festival" opened on the 27th at Nari Farm in Yangju City (Mayor Kang Su-hyun), where visitors are immersed in the scent of autumn flowers.

At Nari Farm, which spans 66,000㎡, the flowerbeds arranged in a grid pattern are in full bloom with celosia, canna, pink muhly, and more, creating a spectacular sea of flowers.

This festival, held at Nari Farm?the largest celosia flower field in Korea?is themed "A Magical Love Story" and features various programs that showcase the beauty of celosia and tales of love.

The three-day festival officially begins on the 27th with the "Flower Citizen Parade," involving citizens from 12 towns and townships, starting from Goeup-dong Sky Water Park to Nari Farm. The opening ceremony will be followed by a celebratory performance including the Kim Satgat musical "Pungwolgga," a representative program of the Yangju Arts Festival, and trot singer Kim Da-hyun.

On the second day, the 28th, there will be a Youth Dance Festival, performances by local cultural and artistic groups such as the Yangju Gugak Association, and the Yangju Citizen Song Festival featuring 10 teams, hosted by comedian and Yangju promotional ambassador Yang Sang-guk.

On the final day, the 29th, the festival will feature a congratulatory performance by the Yangju City Choir and the National Busking Championship, where 56 teams compete fiercely and 8 selected artists advance to the finals. In the evening, the festival will conclude with a concert featuring singer Tae-yi to support Yangju’s successful bid to host the international skating rink.

Outside of the main events, busking performances will be held on the auxiliary stage at Nari Farm, along with food booths and the Yangju Social Welfare Expo.

Mayor Kang Su-hyun of Yangju said, "We have prepared various programs so that visitors can create memories with their loved ones and enjoy the romance and leisure of autumn at Yangju Nari Farm, adorned with colorful autumn flowers, during the 'Yangju Ten Million Celosia Festival.' We ask for the interest and participation of many citizens."
