A famous businessman drank Kwonhan alcohol, lost consciousness, and was sexually assaulted, resulting in pregnancy, a woman has reported her victimization. On the 26th, JTBC's 'Sageonbanjang' reported the story of a woman in her 30s who was sexually assaulted by CEO B, who runs a creator-specialized company, after attending a business meeting at the recommendation of an acquaintance.

The informant, Ms. A, met CEO B by chance. CEO B invited Ms. A to a meeting last October and took her aside. The next day, Ms. A met CEO B and had a meal at a hotel. CEO B introduced himself as one of the top five shareholders of the hotel, and the staff addressed him as 'CEO.' However, during the meal, CEO B kept urging her to drink soju, and unable to refuse his insistence, Ms. A drank until she eventually lost her memory. When she opened her eyes, she was not in the restaurant but at CEO B's house. Ms. A later found out she was pregnant against her will, but CEO B said the child was not his and suggested getting married and divorcing later.

Ms. A underwent an abortion, and since that day, CEO B neither contacted her nor appeared in front of her. Ms. A said, "Afterwards, I heard from acquaintances that CEO B was a fraudster and had committed sexual crimes," adding, "There were three more victims of sexual crimes, and I also heard that one of the victims who was threatened by CEO B with 'distributing illegal videos' has passed away."

Ms. A reported CEO B to the police around April. The prosecution demanded a nine-year prison sentence for CEO B on charges including quasi-rape, assault, illegal filming, and distribution of illegal videos. At the final statement during the sentencing trial held in August, CEO B said, "I have lived a very selfish life. I ignored the tears of the victims, and from now on, when I go out into society, I will cherish life and live accordingly."
