Enhanced Image and Document Translation Features

Naver Cloud announced on the 27th the launch of 'Papago Plus,' a paid subscription AI translation service that adds work-optimized features to the existing Papago service.
Papago Plus is characterized by enhanced image translation and document translation functions that are highly useful in work environments. Image translation, previously available only on the Papago app, is now supported on PC as well, offering text and design editing features within images. Additionally, the service has expanded the supported languages and file formats for document translation. Users can freely edit translated content in various file formats such as PDF and HWP and download them in document form.
To facilitate efficient work-related translation tasks, Papago Plus also provides glossary and team features. Through the glossary function, users can apply predefined terms to translation results, minimizing the need for additional post-translation edits. The team feature allows up to 100 team members to share usage of image and document translation and share glossaries created by each member.
Papago Plus is offered in three subscription plans. Depending on the plan, there are differences in the number of image and document translations, availability of image editing features, and team functions. Some plans include a one-month free trial promotion for new subscribers to celebrate the service launch.
