Meet K-Beauty on AliExpress... Brand Specialty Zone 'BeautyTap' Opens

Time-limited Deals and Open Runs Special Events

AliExpress announced on the 26th that it will officially open 'Beauty Tab,' a dedicated section for domestic beauty brands.


Starting today, Beauty Tab will provide customized beauty product recommendations (curation) for domestic beauty consumers. AliExpress plans to offer domestic beauty brand products at competitive prices through Beauty Tab.

Beauty Tab can be accessed through 'K-Venue,' a channel specializing in Korean products. K-Venue is a dedicated sales channel for domestic products launched by AliExpress in October last year, operating in a similar manner to an open market in existing e-commerce platforms. Sellers join K-Venue to sell their products, and AliExpress will waive listing and sales fees for K-Venue until the end of this year.


Beauty Tab has established a 'Category Tab' to help users compare desired products ranging from skincare to inner beauty. Here, consumers can check new popular products and special deals every week. The Beauty Brand Zone, where popular brands can be viewed at a glance, seasonal open-run specials, and exclusive time deals will also be held to enhance price competitiveness.


Through the launch of Beauty Tab, AliExpress aims to expand exposure for domestic beauty brands while conducting beauty events and promotions during major year-end shopping events such as Singles' Day (November 11) and Black Friday.


Im Areum, team leader of AliExpress's beauty category, said, "By newly introducing a more convenient and personalized Beauty Tab, AliExpress will provide consumers with a more enjoyable shopping experience. AliExpress's beauty merchandisers (MDs) will directly select domestic cosmetic brand products to offer to domestic consumers at competitive prices and configurations. Going forward, we will continuously discover promising domestic cosmetic brands and strengthen AliExpress Beauty's unique beauty curation."
