Hana Bank announced on the 26th that it will implement the 'Global Real Estate Investment Advisory Service,' which offers optimal overseas real estate investment solutions to customers interested in global real estate investment.
The Global Real Estate Investment Advisory Service aims to reduce difficulties encountered during overseas real estate investment, such as lack of information and language communication issues, and provides domestic customers with the latest real estate information and recommends properties of interest. It offers global real estate investment solutions from on-site overseas inspections to acquisition.
On the 24th, Hana Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at its Euljiro headquarters with major overseas real estate platform companies ▲BuildBlock (USA) ▲JOO REAL ESTATE (Japan) ▲SRI (Singapore). Following the signing ceremony, a 'Customer Invitation Global Real Estate Seminar' was held with business partnership companies to commemorate the service launch.
At the seminar, attended by about 150 customers interested in overseas real estate investment, lectures were held covering the latest trends in major overseas real estate markets such as the United States and Japan, as well as information on 'Correct Foreign Exchange Regulations You Must Know When Investing in Overseas Real Estate.' Additionally, one-on-one investment consultations were conducted on-site for about 30 customers who had applied for prior consultations.
Kim Young-hoon, Head of the Asset Management Group at Hana Bank, stated, "We will continue to lead the asset management market in Korea with a one-stop asset management solution utilizing our global network."
Meanwhile, to strengthen its WM (Wealth Management) services, Hana Bank established an Asset Management Consulting Center last year and is providing various specialized services for affluent customers, including business succession consulting, comprehensive real estate care solutions, and family office services. Recently, Hana Bank and Hana Securities jointly launched the 'Hana Family Office One Solution,' where experts in finance investment, taxation, real estate, law, and corporate finance provide optimal asset management consulting tailored to customer needs.
