Support for Complex Financial Packages Including Entrepreneurial Small Business Matching Loans Planned
Wadiz announced on the 26th that its investment-specialized subsidiary, Wadiz Partners, has made the first investment in the Next Brand Development Fund (Raikon Fund), formed in partnership with Lotte Home Shopping.
The invested company is Kooza Communication, which operates the premium kitchenware brand ‘Kooza’. Kooza Communication achieved cumulative sales of 13 billion KRW within three years of its establishment, demonstrating high potential and growth prospects, and successfully secured Series A investment from Wadiz Partners. Through this investment, Kooza Communication plans to accelerate the expansion of its production facilities and the development of new products.

Wadiz Partners will actively engage in brand incubating by supporting Kooza Communication’s market expansion and marketing efforts.
