North Korea has continued its provocations by releasing over 5,500 filth balloons since May, and recently, a video of Kim Yo-jong, Deputy Director of the Workers' Party of Korea, dancing to a Korean song has gone viral online. The video was revealed to be a deepfake (AI-generated realistic fake content) created by a YouTuber.
Recently, the YouTube channel 'Hwaseongin Rildoji' uploaded a video titled 'Kim Yo-jong - Julge,' produced using deepfake technology.

This is a parody of the new song 'Julge' by Korean group Urban Zakapa's Jo Hyun-ah. The video features Deputy Director Kim wearing the stage outfit worn by singer Jo Hyun-ah, singing and dancing. Behind Deputy Director Kim, North Korean soldiers can also be seen dancing together.
The lyrics humorously mock North Korea's daily release of filth balloons with lines such as "I'll give, I'll give all the filth," "My leftover trash goes to the south," "I'll give you all the filth," "I want genuine people's character," "I want a greedy leader," "I love pro-North," and "Filth is better than southern land."
As of the afternoon of the 25th, the video has recorded 630,000 views and is gaining great popularity. Netizens who watched the video responded enthusiastically with comments like "Even Kim Jong-un chuckled," "This is true liberal democracy," "Kim Yo-jong could appear on Miss Trot," "Please make a 'Kkang' version with Kim Yo-jong," "Hope it spreads worldwide," "I laughed a lot watching the soldiers in the back," and "Kim Jong-un subscribed too."
