'Noodle Festival Enjoyed in Incheon'... Yeongjong World Food Festival Held on 28-29

A grand noodle feast will be held in Yeongjong International City, Incheon. The Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority will host the '2024 IFEZ FESTA Yeongjong World Food Festival' at the Seaside Park Sky Cloud Plaza area in Yeongjong International City on the 28th and 29th.


Now in its third year, this festival centers around the 'noodle dishes' that come to mind when thinking of Incheon, featuring a world food festival and performances, offering a rich variety of food and entertainment. Visitors can enjoy global noodle dishes such as K-Ramen, Japanese Udon, Thai Pad Thai, Vietnamese Pho, as well as foods from over 20 countries worldwide.


Convenience facilities such as picnic and shade shelters will be provided at the festival site for comfortable dining and relaxation.

The main program includes representative dishes from countries around the world such as T?rkiye, Spain, Italy, and China, as well as Pyongyang Naengmyeon from North Korea, allowing visitors to experience the cultural status of the Korean Peninsula communicating with the world through food culture.


Various performances to stimulate the appetite will also be showcased. On the first day, there will be youth performances, a traditional Korean orchestra, Jung-gu Children & Women’s Choir, as well as performances by Wax, Haiki, KCM, opera singer ensemble Illibro, and a DJ laser performance.


On the second day, Nanta and world cultural performances, Jung-gu Dream Dance Troupe, Haneulsae Choir, and Jung-gu Orchestra Cinema Concert will take place. Additionally, various family-friendly experiential events such as children’s barter exchanges, world culture experience programs, and noodle experience exhibitions will be prepared.


This festival will be operated with efforts to reduce disposable waste and promote eco-friendly practices throughout the venue. Partners such as Nongshim, Nonghyup Bank, and World Vision will also participate to practice regional coexistence and sharing.
