Introducing new products launched on the 25th in the distribution industry. Emart24 has released the Handon Bulgogi Burger made with domestically produced pork. Ottogi introduced three types of 'OZ Kitchen Rice Bowl Sauces' with added spiciness by incorporating chili peppers and mala into Chinese dishes. Convenience store CU is celebrating the cumulative sales of 3 million bottles of the wine brand 'mmm!' by collaborating with world-renowned wineries to offer two premium wines, and Lotte Wellfood, in collaboration with Buyeo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, is presenting the 'Buyeo Chestnut Series 9 types' as a limited edition for the autumn season.

The Handon Bulgogi Burger patty from Emart24 contains 82.95% domestically produced pork and weighs a thick 80g, heavier than a typical hamburger. It is accompanied by crunchy onion slices, tomato slices, and bulgogi sauce. The price is 3,800 KRW. Instead of a regular hamburger bun, a butter-glazed coating is applied once, giving it a glossy and chewy texture. The company explains that even after heating in a microwave, moisture evaporation is minimized, allowing for a moist texture.

Ottogi's new OZ Kitchen Rice Bowl Sauces come in three varieties: 'Grilled Chili Jajang,' 'Chili Mala Xiangguo,' and 'Chili Mapo Tofu.' They combine rich ingredients such as domestic pork, tofu, fermented tofu (fuju), and beef with spicy Chinese sauces made from chili oil, mala, and chili peppers. The Grilled Chili Jajang features large pieces of grilled pork with a smoky flavor and a spicy taste from jajang sauce stir-fried in a direct-fire pot with various chili peppers. The Chili Mala Xiangguo contains abundant fuju, beef, bamboo shoots, and lotus root, offering a diverse texture. The Chili Mapo Tofu includes generous amounts of soft tofu cut into bite-sized pieces.

CU launched the signature wine brand mmm! in 2021, the first in the convenience store industry, keeping pace with the growth of the convenience store wine market. It gained popularity by offering wines from famous regions such as France, the United States, and Italy at reasonable prices around 10,000 KRW. To celebrate cumulative sales of 3 million bottles in the series, CU collaborated with Spain's C.V.N.E winery to release 'mmm! Cune (15,900 KRW, 13.5%)'. Cune is a prestigious Spanish winery with 145 years of tradition and is the only winery allowed to use the Spanish flag on its label. The mmm! Cune is a Crianza wine, the highest grade Spanish wine aged for 12 months in American oak barrels, made from Tempranillo, Spain's representative red grape variety. It offers a rich and deep flavor and aroma characteristic of red wine, combining ripe fruit scents with smooth oak notes. Next month, CU plans to introduce 'mmm! Moscato (9,900 KRW, 5.5%)' in collaboration with Canti, a leading Italian winery. Canti exports to over 50 countries worldwide and specializes in producing Moscato, Italy's most popular grape variety. The mmm! Moscato is the first sweet wine in the mmm! series, featuring subtle floral aromas and a soft, sweet taste, making it perfect to enjoy with desserts like cakes and fruits or light snacks.

Lotte Wellfood's limited edition new product, the Buyeo Chestnut Series 9 types, includes ▲Mon Cher Buyeo Chestnut ▲Myungga Rice Cake Pie Buyeo Chestnut ▲Malangkau Buyeo Chestnut ▲Crunky Double Crunch Bar Mini Buyeo Chestnut ▲Lotten Buyeo Chestnut ▲Custard Buyeo Chestnut ▲Bintz Buyeo Chestnut ▲Girin Little Hotteok Buyeo Chestnut ▲Rice Cake Ice Cream Buyeo Chestnut. The Buyeo Chestnut Series is the first release of the 'Delicious Korea Win-Win Road' project, carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior and Safety and Buyeo-gun. This project aims to revitalize the economy of depopulated areas by combining Lotte Wellfood's popular products with local specialties. Last month, Buyeo-gun in Chungnam was selected as the first partner, and they agreed to collaborate on product launches and support for distribution channels. The packaging of the nine Buyeo Chestnut Series products features the project slogan 'Buyeo, Beautiful with Chestnuts' to make it easy for consumers to recognize that the products use Buyeo chestnuts. Additionally, yellow and brown colors reminiscent of autumn natural scenery were used to emphasize the limited edition seasonal feel. Lotte Wellfood will open a promotional booth at the '70th Baekje Cultural Festival' held in Buyeo-gun from the 28th and will give away Buyeo Chestnut Series products for free to visitors on the first day. Next month, customers staying in some rooms at Lotte Resort Buyeo will also receive Buyeo Chestnut Series products.
