NH Investment & Securities announced on the 25th that it has signed a business partnership agreement for corporate financial services consulting with the Korea Small and Medium Business Development Association.
The signing ceremony took place on the morning of the 24th at the NH Investment & Securities headquarters. Through this business agreement, both parties plan to support financial consulting programs for association members who require corporate financing such as fundraising and initial public offerings (IPO).
The Korea Small and Medium Business Development Association supports businesses' mutual growth projects, including fundraising, profitability enhancement, and sustainable growth management for small and medium enterprises. NH Investment & Securities will also provide comprehensive financial services to support the growth of the association's members through this agreement.
Lee Jae-kyung, General Head of the PWM Division at NH Investment & Securities, stated, "Through this business partnership, we will support the growth of association members and collaborate to improve stable financial structures. We plan to offer consulting services covering all aspects of corporate finance, including IPOs, fund management, and corporate investment." Yoo Jae-young, President of the Korea Small and Medium Business Development Association, said, "Through this agreement, we will establish a cooperative system between the two organizations and apply the association's full-cycle support projects and programs to enhance the intrinsic value of companies. We will do our best to create an environment where members can receive investments through NH Investment & Securities' financial structure improvement consulting support."
