Promoting the Year of Sacheon Visit Next Year in Parallel
Sacheon City in Gyeongnam participated in the '2024 Regional Economy Innovation Expo' held at Daegu EXCO for three days from September 23 to 25.
The 'Regional Economy Innovation Expo' was organized for the government, public institutions, and local governments to promote outstanding job policies and to share and spread innovative cases.
Through its promotional booth, the city attracted visitors' attention with unique and differentiated exhibits exclusive to Sacheon, effectively promoting its core policies and best practices to local governments nationwide.
In particular, together with 'Ttoa and Friends,' which has become Sacheon's representative popular character, the city comprehensively introduced its Job Center, University Job Plus Center, and job policies for youth, middle-aged, and senior citizens.
In addition, the city also promoted the '2024 Sacheon Airshow,' the representative festival of Sacheon, the capital of aerospace, which will be held for four days from October 24 to 27 at Sacheon Airfield and Sacheon Sports Complex, as well as the '2025 Year of Visiting Sacheon,' receiving a positive response.
A Sacheon City official said, "It is meaningful to be able to promote Sacheon's excellent job policies, major festivals, and tourist attractions at this expo," adding, "Through this expo, we plan to continue discovering future-oriented job creation and various job initiatives."
