Hyundai Engineering & Construction, which received the Asia Economy Grand Prize in the brand category at this year's Asia Construction Comprehensive Awards, has supplied over 250,000 households nationwide since launching its apartment brand "Hillstate" in 2006. Hillstate completed its image with an 'H' shaped symbol representing Hyundai and Heritage. Since last year, to reflect housing trends, the Korean name '힐스테이트' has been changed to its English notation. Hyundai Engineering & Construction is striving to enhance resident satisfaction by responding to the demand and changes in smart living spaces.

The "Hillstate Pyeongtaek Station Central City" being sold by Hyundai Engineering & Construction is a complex that embodies the Hillstate brand premium and differentiated product features. It is located in 835 Hapjeong-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of 14 buildings from 3 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas ranging from 45 to 178㎡, totaling 1,918 households.

The area around Pyeongtaek Station, where the complex is located, is a region dense with transportation, education, and convenience facilities. It is situated in the station area of Pyeongtaek Station, accessible via Line 1 and the Gyeongbu and Honam lines, and is just one subway stop away from Pyeongtaek Jije Station, where the SRT operates. It takes about 40 minutes to travel from Pyeongtaek Station to Suseo Station. The complex is also connected to the AK Plaza department store, allowing residents to access shopping and cultural facilities on foot. Hapjeong Elementary School is right next to the complex, and many schools such as Pyeongtaek Seongdong Elementary, Pyeongtaek Girls' Middle School, Hankwang Middle and High Schools, Hankwang Girls' Middle and High Schools, Shinhan Middle and High Schools, Pyeongtaek High School, and Pyeongtaek Meister High School are located nearby.

The transportation infrastructure is also expected to be strengthened. The Suwon-origin KTX direct connection project, which aims to make Suwon Station a KTX departure hub by constructing a 9.99 km railway connecting Pyeongtaek Seojeong-ri Station and Jije Station, is scheduled to open in the second half of 2025. The Pyeongtaek Eastern Expressway, connecting Jukbaek-dong in Pyeongtaek City to Galkot-dong in Osan City, is expected to open within this year.

The complex is primarily oriented southward to enhance lighting and ventilation effects. As it is developed as a large complex, it offers abundant community facilities. It features various community amenities considered among the largest in the old downtown apartment complexes around Pyeongtaek Station, including fitness centers, screen golf, saunas, study rooms, small libraries, and daycare centers. Additionally, ample parking space of about 1.5 spaces per household has been secured.
