As political attention focuses on whether a private meeting between President Yoon Suk-yeol and People Power Party leader Han Dong-hoon will take place, Kim Mi-ae, the ruling party's secretary on the National Assembly's Health and Welfare Committee, said, "A private meeting is necessary for healthy communication between the party and the government."

On the 23rd, Kim said this on YTN Radio's 'News Fighting, with Bae Seung-hee,' and when asked whether there should be accountability measures such as calls for the resignation of the Minister and Vice Minister of Health and Welfare due to the legislative conflict, she responded, "Politically, there is a need for that."

She added, "In any matter, it is important for the parties involved to communicate directly, and words and actions are also very important. Whether intentional or not, it is true that the medical community has been quite uncomfortable because of it." She further stated, "I believe that (at the private meeting) topics that are somewhat awkward to discuss publicly, including issues of responsibility, can be openly addressed."

On the same day, Yoon Sang-hyun, a People Power Party lawmaker, appeared on SBS's 'Kim Tae-hyun's Political Show' and said, "There should always be a structure where the president is informed about the current state of public sentiment and where mutual consultation and discussion take place." He also said, "If the two meet, they should naturally discuss the harsh reality of public sentiment," adding, "From Leader Han's perspective, he will likely want to directly convey the legislative conflict issues to the president."

President Yoon and the People Power Party leadership will hold a dinner on the 24th at the presidential office in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. It is known that Leader Han requested a private meeting with President Yoon before the public dinner.
