Starting Today... Education on Asset Management and Retirement Preparation in the Aging Era
Paju City in Gyeonggi Province is recruiting 15 trainees on a first-come, first-served basis to participate in the "Employment Special Lecture for Middle-aged and Older Adults" for one month starting from the 23rd.
This course is designed to focus on essential financial knowledge, spending control strategies, pension asset management, and tax-saving financial planning, aiming to understand how to wisely manage assets (money management) after employment in an aging society.
The training is targeted at job seekers aged 40 to 59 residing in Paju City, and the education will be conducted online.
The training will cover ▲investment strategies in an aging, low-interest-rate era ▲pension asset management ▲understanding retirement living expenses, helping participants prevent economic risks caused by neglecting asset management upon reaching retirement age after employment, and supporting them to protect their assets for old age on their own.
Lee I-gu, Director of the Job Economy Division, said, "Now that the aging era has arrived, managing assets and preparing for old age after employment income is as important as getting a job," adding, "Through this training, we hope participants acquire asset management methods and knowledge for each life cycle and help design a financially comfortable retirement."
