Eligible recipients at designated medical institutions include children aged 13 and under, pregnant women, and seniors aged 65 and over. Starting September 20, children aged 6 months to 13 years (born between January 1, 2011 and August 31, 2024) who require two doses can receive their first dose. Children and pregnant women who require only one dose can receive their vaccination from October 2.

In particular, pregnant women must submit documents confirming pregnancy, such as a maternity handbook, pregnancy confirmation certificate, pregnancy diagnosis, or a doctor's note.

For seniors aged 65 and over, those aged 75 and above (born on or before December 31, 1949) can receive the vaccine from October 11, those aged 70 to 74 (born between January 1, 1950 and December 31, 1954) from October 15, and those aged 65 to 69 (born between January 1, 1955 and December 31, 1959) from October 18. The free vaccination period at designated medical institutions runs until April 30, 2025.

Yangsan citizens eligible for free vaccination provided by the city itself include vulnerable groups aged 14 to 64 (born between January 1, 1960 and December 31, 2010), such as basic livelihood security recipients, persons with severe disabilities, national merit recipients, poultry workers, and children aged 14 to 18 (born between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2010) from families with two or more children.

The vaccination period runs from October 11 until supplies run out, and vaccinations are available at the public health center, Ungsang and Wondong health branches, and Hwaje and Seonri health clinics.

An official from the Yangsan City Public Health Center stated, "As respiratory diseases are expected to increase during the change of seasons, we strongly encourage everyone to get the influenza vaccination. In particular, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency is actively recommending simultaneous COVID-19 and flu vaccinations for seniors aged 65 and over this season as well, so we hope seniors can conveniently receive both vaccines in a single visit."
