He added, "If public officials boldly innovate in step with the changing times and communicate with citizens and businesses based on the content presented through the Active Administration Committee, that is the way to practice the benevolent spirit of Jeong Yak-yong and to create a Namyangju that is more livable and beyond imagination."
Meanwhile, starting this month, Namyangju City has been collecting opinions through town and township roundtable meetings to conduct active administration and regulatory reform from the perspective of citizens and businesses, which were previously led by public officials. The city plans to select key issues based on the identified citizen inconveniences and solve problems through interdepartmental collaboration and system improvements.
