Seoul National University of Science and Technology announced on the 19th that its LINC 3.0 Project Group participated in the '1st Korea Social Value Festa.'

The 'Korea Social Value Festa,' hosted by the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was held on the 12th to seek solutions to social issues. Over 180 organizations from the government, private sector, and academia participated.
At the event, various sessions such as seminars, discussions, and case presentations were held by 18 major institutions from academia and the private sector.
The SeoulTech LINC 3.0 Project Group signed an industry-academia cooperation agreement at this event to address social issues and enhance ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) competitiveness in the industry. The agreement was signed with institutions including Korea University LINC 3.0 Project Group, Kookmin University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Sogang University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Sookmyung Women’s University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Chung-Ang University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation, Chungnam National University Regional Cooperation Headquarters, and the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
SeoulTech operated a joint university exhibition hall and promoted activities contributing to carbon neutrality by showcasing renewable energy technologies and products from the Smart Energy Town Specialized Industry Support Center.
Byun Jae-won, head of SeoulTech’s LINC 3.0 Project Group, said, "Through participating in this Social Value Festa, we derived agendas on social and regional issues," adding, "We will actively cooperate with universities and family companies to contribute to the local community and strive to create value."
