On the 19th, the Ministry of Justice carried out personnel transfers for eight senior prosecutors, effective from the 23rd.

In the personnel changes made that day, Lee Jin-dong, Chief Prosecutor of Daegu High Prosecutors' Office, was transferred to Deputy Prosecutor General of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and Shin Ja-yong, Deputy Prosecutor General, was transferred to Director of the Judicial Research and Training Institute.

Park Se-hyun, Chief Prosecutor of Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office, was transferred to Chief Prosecutor of Seoul High Prosecutors' Office, and Kim Seok-woo, Director of the Judicial Research and Training Institute, was transferred to Deputy Minister of Justice.

Gu Seung-mo, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Gwangju High Prosecutors' Office, was appointed as Head of the Anti-Corruption Department at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office.

The Ministry of Justice stated, "This personnel transfer aims to strengthen the authority of the Prosecutor General following the inauguration of the new Prosecutor General and to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of the Chief Prosecutor of Seoul High Prosecutors' Office. Through minimal necessary transfers, we sought to stabilize the prosecution organization."
