Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) and Incheon City operated a technology exchange delegation program in Singapore from the 9th to the 13th, together with 10 outstanding small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the bio sector, including medical devices, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
This project is a program designed to help excellent and competitive SMEs grow by building a global advancement cooperation network through technology exchange and commercialization with overseas companies and institutions.
The Singapore technology exchange delegation operated various local programs over five days, including visits to local companies, one-on-one business meetings, visits and exchange meetings with bio sector institutions, attendance at Medical Fair Asia 2024, and IR pitching.
Through this, a Singaporean company showed great interest in the medical device-related technology and products of Crivision Co., Ltd., actively proposing the signing of an MOU and a business contract, and expressed their intention to visit Incheon in the future.
Additionally, participating companies such as Hanguk Lighting Co., Ltd. and Optiro Co., Ltd. are also connected with local companies and are conducting consultations related to technology exchange and contracts.
An official from Incheon TP stated, "Through this Singapore technology exchange delegation, we were able to confirm the high interest in technology exchange and networking between excellent companies of both countries," adding, "We will continue to actively serve as a platform to facilitate active technology exchange and cooperation between excellent SMEs and venture companies in Incheon and overseas companies."
