The Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority participated in the '2024 Dalgona Job Fair' held over two days on the 10th and 11th, hosted by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education.

The Dalgona Job Fair is the largest high school graduate employment event in the province, organized by the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. It is an event designed to expand employment opportunities for high school graduates and to promote related policies and support.

This year, about 12,000 participants attended the fair, including students from 108 vocational high schools in the province, students with special education needs, and general job seekers.

The Pyeongtaek Port Authority was the only public institution under the province to participate in the recruitment and promotion booth, introducing the recruitment process and job roles by project to high school graduate job seekers in the province. Over the two days, more than 120 students visited the booth.

Kim Seok-gu, President of the Pyeongtaek Port Authority, said, "It was a meaningful time to introduce the authority to young people and share concerns about employment together," adding, "We will continue to strive in various ways to ensure 'more equitable opportunities' for future generations."
