LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam Serves Holiday Meals to Underprivileged Neighbors

20 Million Won in Donations Delivered to Residents at Risk of Malnutrition

Korea Racing Authority Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam (Director Um Youngseok) participated in a volunteer activity on the 12th, making and providing holiday food for elderly people in vulnerable groups at the Gangseo-gu Community Welfare Center in celebration of Chuseok.

LetsRun Park Busan Gyeongnam Serves Holiday Meals to Underprivileged Neighbors Let’s Run Park Busan Gyeongnam employees are personally preparing holiday foods and spending time with underprivileged local residents.

The volunteer activity was carried out in collaboration with the Gangseo-gu Community Welfare Center. Employees of Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam wore aprons and sanitary hats as they personally prepared assorted jeon and set up the meal.


The event was attended by 260 children and 170 local elderly residents, including low-income families, who enjoyed lunch together and shared warm moments through traditional game experiences and performances.


Lee Heejin, an employee who participated in the volunteer activity, said, "I am happy to join in this joyful holiday event for vulnerable residents in Gangseo-gu and serve delicious holiday food," adding, "I will continue to show interest in the local community and participate in various social contribution activities."


Let's Run Park Busan-Gyeongnam also shared warmth by donating 20 million won to support meal services such as lunch boxes and side dishes for local residents at risk of missing meals through the Gangseo-gu Community Welfare Center.
