Kumho Petrochemical to Cancel Treasury Shares Worth 50 Billion KRW

Kumho Petrochemical announced on the 12th that it will retire treasury shares worth 50 billion KRW.

The amount to be retired is 49,999,770,000 KRW, and the shares to be retired are 338,092 common shares.

The scheduled retirement date is the 25th of this month.

Kumho Petrochemical explained, "The decision to retire these shares was made to enhance shareholder value."
