Gyeonggi Provincial Superintendent of Education Lim Tae-hee is taking a commemorative photo after attending a special lecture at the Gyeonggi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Federation on the 12th.
Lim Tae-hee, Superintendent of Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, stated that he will do his best to nurture talents needed by companies.
On the 12th, Superintendent Lim attended a special lecture invited by the Gyeonggi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Federation held at The Heaven Resort in Ansan, and promised, "We will do our best in vocational high school education to cultivate talents needed by companies."
He especially emphasized, "The public sector must make greater efforts for entrepreneurs who compete in the global market and work hard on the ground," adding, "Education must also change according to the changing times and the directions required."
He continued, "Gyeonggi education is striving to accept external changes and expand public education, which had been confined within schools, to innovate education outside of schools," and stressed, "We will restructure vocational high schools so that they can collaborate with local communities and teach students the competencies required by companies."
Furthermore, he added, "If there are companies that want to nurture proper talents, let's join forces with the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education," and said, "Gyeonggi education will do its best to nurture talents needed by companies and those who have the right attitude toward work."
