Annual Social Benefits of 830 Million Won
DK Techin announced on the 12th that ‘Smart Yangpyeong Toktok,’ co-planned and developed with Yangpyeong-gun, won the Presidential Award at the 29th Local Government Information and Communication Best Practice Presentation Contest.
DK Techin and Yangpyeong-gun received recognition for innovation in various aspects by providing digital administrative services using the KakaoTalk channel, including ▲improving resident convenience and accessibility ▲reducing administrative budgets ▲resolving information imbalance through revitalized policy promotion.
Smart Yangpyeong Toktok is a service developed based on DK Techin’s smart city digital convergence service, the ‘Smart Civil Service Administration Platform.’ Its main features include ▲‘Cleaning Administration,’ which allows reporting and collection of large waste ▲‘Integrated Reservation,’ which manages reservations for various services such as public facilities and programs ▲‘Smart Civil Service AI Chatbot,’ which delivers promotional messages from institutions and handles civil complaints via KakaoTalk. In the second half of this year, ‘Smart Village Broadcasting,’ which allows listening to village news via KakaoTalk, is scheduled for pilot operation.
In particular, ‘Cleaning Administration’ significantly reduced application and reception operating costs, creating an estimated annual social benefit of 830 million KRW for Yangpyeong-gun, and ‘Yangpyeong Park Golf Course’ achieved a 100% facility reservation rate through ‘Integrated Reservation,’ enhancing operational efficiency.
