Yang Jaesaeng, Chairman of the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, participated in the 'One Million Signature Campaign SNS Challenge' on the 11th to urge the enactment of the Busan Global Hub City Special Act.
This challenge is a campaign being promoted to once again call for the enactment of the Busan Global Hub City Special Act, which has been submitted to the National Assembly's Public Administration and Security Committee.
While participating in the challenge, Chairman Yang Jaesaeng stated, "Busan has a significant responsibility as the only growth axis capable of resolving the concentration and imbalance in the Seoul metropolitan area, and must move forward as the central city of the southern region. I hope the Global Hub City Special Act will be enacted as soon as possible so that major local issues such as the redevelopment of North Port and the construction of a Busan-style integrated resort, which will newly shape the future of the regional economy, can be pursued swiftly."
