'Try Everything' is an event hosted annually by Seoul City every September since 2020. This year, it is held over two days from June 11 to 12 under the slogan "New Wave, New Path." Promising startups from around the world, large and medium-sized enterprises, investors, accelerators, and other members of the startup ecosystem participate.
On this day, Mayor Oh introduced three strategies to elevate Seoul into a global top 5 startup city, emphasizing that "startup policies are industrial policies, job policies, and future food source development plans preparing for Seoul's tomorrow." He also revealed a strategy to strengthen support for deep tech industries and expand Seoul's role in advancing the Korean startup ecosystem onto the global stage by increasing investment in future strategic industries.
Additionally, Mayor Oh listened to the keynote speech "Our Future Created by Generative AI" by Lila Ibrahim, Chief Operating Officer of Google DeepMind, toured domestic and international startup exhibition halls, examined developed products, and shared opinions with startup operators.
