102 Elementary, 6 Kindergarten, 3 Special (Elementary)
Applications from September 30 to October 4, Results on February 5 Next Year
Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education (Superintendent Cheon Changsu) will recruit 111 teachers for public kindergartens, elementary schools, and special schools (elementary) for the 2025 academic year.
The number of positions includes 102 elementary school teachers, 6 kindergarten teachers, and 3 special school (elementary) teachers.
Applicants must possess a certificate of associate teacher or higher in the relevant field (including those expected to acquire it by the end of February 2025).
Candidates must submit their applications online through the teacher recruitment system for five days from September 30 to October 4.
The examination consists of the first written test (teaching essay, curriculum) and the second test (in-depth interview, preparation of teaching-learning plans, English assessment for elementary teachers, and class demonstration).
The first test will be held on November 9, and the second test will take place over three days from January 8 to 10 next year. The final successful candidates will be announced on February 5 next year.
The Korean history subject is replaced by the Korean History Proficiency Test, so applicants without this certificate must register for the 72nd Korean History Proficiency Test to be eligible for this recruitment exam.
In this regard, the Ulsan Office of Education announced the implementation plan for the 2025 public kindergarten, elementary, and special school (elementary) teacher recruitment exam on its website under 'Administrative Information/Exam Announcements' at 10 a.m. on the 11th.
