Daishin Securities will hold an online seminar analyzing the reconstruction market in major areas of Seoul.
Daishin Securities announced on the 11th that it will conduct an online seminar titled "Seoul Reconstruction Market Analysis," which organizes and introduces an understanding of the reconstruction market and reconstruction issues for individual complexes in major areas of Seoul, starting at 4 PM on the 12th.
The seminar will be led by Jang Yong-hoon, team leader of the WM Promotion Department at Daishin Securities. Team Leader Jang is a real estate expert who has been providing real estate consulting to high-net-worth individuals at Daishin Securities for many years.
This seminar will introduce an analysis of the apartment transaction market trends in Seoul for the first half of 2024 and the reconstruction market, which is most affected by policies. In addition, it plans to present individual complex analyses and investment strategies for major areas in Seoul such as Apgujeong, Yeouido, and Mokdong.
The seminar will be held on September 12th at 4 PM via the non-face-to-face video conferencing platform Zoom.
