Experience as Head of Operations for Asia-Pacific Region
Nonluxurious Company, which operates Popeyes Korea, announced on the 11th that CEO Park Jong-min was newly appointed last August.
CEO Park is the first CEO directly dispatched from the global operator 'Restaurant Brands International' (RBI Global) to manage the master franchise operations and brand growth of Popeyes Korea.
Having served as the head of Domino's Pizza International Asia-Pacific for 12 years since 2008, CEO Park later joined the RBI group, overseeing operations in the Asia-Pacific region and scaling up four brands across more than 30 countries. During his tenure as head of Domino's Pizza Asia-Pacific, he expanded the number of stores from around 800 at the time of his joining to over 4,000 by the time of his departure, more than a fivefold increase.
CEO Park stated, "Based on detailed market analysis, we will introduce new strategies to target the Korean market and further transform Popeyes into a truly global brand. We plan to accelerate store interior renovations and reorganizations, as well as the launch of new products, to provide the highest quality and service for customer satisfaction."
