Collaboration Project 'Jeilmatge Curly' Expected to Create Synergy in Food Manufacturing and Curation Capabilities
Exclusive New Product Sales on Market Kurly Including 'Juicy+Wang Gyoja' and 'Two Types of Churros'
CJ CheilJedang is further strengthening its partnership with Kurly.
On the 11th, CJ CheilJedang announced that it will launch exclusive new products planned through the collaborative project 'Jeilmatge Kurly.' The new products being introduced include three items: ‘Yukjeup+Wang Gyoja (Yukjeup Plus Wang Gyoja)’ and ‘Churros Cinnamon Flavor & Consomm? Flavor,’ as part of the ‘Joint Business Plan (JBP) for Co-growth’ established in January this year. ‘Jeilmatge Kurly’ signifies proposing products perfectly tailored to customers based on CJ CheilJedang’s food manufacturing capabilities and Kurly’s curation know-how.
‘Yukjeup+Wang Gyoja’ features a richer meat juice by increasing the meat content while maintaining the dense texture of the filling, which is the strength of the existing Wang Gyoja. Additionally, rice flour is added to the dumpling skin, making it chewy when steamed and crispy when grilled. The star-shaped ‘Churros’ have a crispy exterior and a chewy texture inside, achieved by using a special premix developed by CJ CheilJedang. They can be easily prepared in about 7 minutes using an air fryer and are available in two flavors: the original churros cinnamon and a sweet and savory consomm?, allowing consumers to enjoy according to their preference. The Jeilmatge Kurly new products will be sold exclusively on Market Kurly, and various consumer promotions, including a 10% discount on product purchases to celebrate the launch, will be conducted.
