The Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation announced on the 10th that it will hire 30 new employees to realize the principle of self-responsibility of financial companies and to strengthen incentive-compatible preemptive insolvency prevention.
The recruitment fields include general finance (management and economics), information technology (IT), and high school graduates (general administration). Applications can be submitted through the KDIC website until 5 p.m. on the 24th. Only those who pass the document screening will proceed to the written test and first and second interview rounds, with the final successful candidates announced in December.
The written test will be held on October 19 and will cover the National Competency Standards (NCS) basic vocational skills and major subject exams.
Additionally, KDIC plans to continue its efforts to promote social diversity in recruitment by providing extra preference points not only for persons with disabilities, veterans, and regional talents but also for single-parent families, North Korean defectors, multicultural families, and youth preparing for independence, thereby offering more opportunities to socially disadvantaged groups.
Detailed recruitment information can be found on the corporation’s website, YouTube, and various other online platforms.
