The Career Bootcamp is a program designed to strengthen the employment capabilities of unemployed youth residing in the province through job projects with current professionals and online mentoring services.
At the meeting, about 20 project participants attended and shared difficulties related to the projects as well as their individual experiences. Additionally, a customized special lecture was held on enhancing employment skills using generative AI, such as writing resumes and self-introduction letters utilizing Chat GPT.
Kim Sun-young, Head of the Convergence Talent Division at the Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation, said, "This meeting was a valuable opportunity for project participants to share their experiences and jointly explore directions for program development," adding, "We will actively reflect participants' opinions to provide more young people with quality career development opportunities."
