The corporation will operate a comprehensive situation room from September 16 to 18 during the Chuseok holiday to respond swiftly to various emergencies that may arise during the holiday period.

During the Chuseok holiday, 11 facilities including funeral service centers, Jinhae Marine Park, and special transportation services for the mobility-impaired will operate as usual. Additionally, 15 directly managed public parking lots, as well as Changwon Sports Complex auxiliary stadium, inline auxiliary stadium, and Masan Baseball Center basketball court, will be open to the public free of charge.

At Jinhae Marine Park, a variety of events will be held during the Chuseok holiday, including a 'Traditional Folk Game Festival' featuring Yutnori, Tuho throwing, Jegichagi, as well as free movie screenings, fish feeding experiences, and busking performances.

The corporation will also implement a 'Comprehensive Plan for Welcoming Visitors' to ensure the safety and convenience of visitors to funeral service centers such as the City Memorial Park and Masan Eternal Life Center.

It is expected that approximately 34,000 visitors per day, totaling around 170,000, will visit the funeral service centers during this Chuseok holiday.

The columbarium facilities at Sangbok Park, Masan Eternal Life Center, and Jinhae Cheonjawon will extend their operating hours by two hours during the holiday, opening from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and will set up and operate outdoor communal memorial altars.

In particular, the corporation will provide additional convenience for visitors by operating two 25-seat shuttle buses circulating around Sangbok Park and establishing a temporary parking lot near the park, in addition to Changwon city's temporary city bus routes.

Prior to this, the corporation has also been conducting special safety inspections for disaster and accident prevention at all facilities since the 2nd of this month.

Kim Jonghae, president of the corporation, stated, "We will do our utmost to ensure that citizens and returning visitors can enjoy a safe and comfortable holiday by thoroughly implementing the Chuseok Holiday Comprehensive Plan."
