HDC Hyundai Development Company has decided to operate a healthcare program in collaboration with Seoul Asan Medical Center at the premium wellness residence being developed on the Gwangwoon University station area complex site.
HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 9th that it signed a business agreement with Seoul Asan Medical Center at the end of last month to develop a customized healthcare service program within the Gwangwoon University station area development project site.
HDC Hyundai Development Company will create premium wellness residences in two of the eight residential buildings being developed on the complex site of the Gwangwoon University station area project and operate a healthcare program focused on preventive medicine. Through strategic collaboration with Seoul Asan Medical Center, it plans to operate professional and differentiated health management programs and provide integrated preventive medicine solutions centered on customized and remote medical care.
The Gwangwoon University station area development project is a complex development project on approximately 150,000㎡ of railway facility land around Gwangwoon University Station in Wolgye-dong, Nowon-gu, Seoul, presenting the vision and lifestyle of a future city. Construction is scheduled to begin in November.
HDC Hyundai Development Company plans to introduce premium wellness residences that provide not only living spaces but also life care services and future-oriented healthcare solutions.
An official from HDC Hyundai Development Company stated, "The Gwangwoon University station area development project is meaningful in creating a neighborhood with a healthy daily life in harmony with nature within the city, and we are pleased to provide high-quality healthcare services not only to the residents of the complex but also to the local community through cooperation with Seoul Asan Medical Center."
HDC Hyundai Development Company is expanding business agreements with various companies to apply diverse lifestyles to the Gwangwoon University station area development project and to increase the project's impact. In March, it signed an MOU for joint content development with Snow Peak Korea, and in May, it signed an MOU with Korea University for lifelong education in the local community and youth career development.
