Selected as 'Compliance Practitioner'... Promoting Voluntary Efforts of Executives and Employees
Surveillance equipment manufacturer Hanwha Vision announced on the 9th that it has become the first company in the domestic video security industry to acquire the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) compliance management system certification (ISO 37301).
ISO 37301 is a certification that evaluates whether a company effectively operates compliance policies and risk response systems across its management at a global standard level. It proves the organization's commitment to legal compliance, including ethics, community expectations, legislative requirements, and industry regulations.
Hanwha Vision passed the certification audit by receiving high recognition for its company-wide efforts to internalize ethics and compliance management based on policies and guidelines established to enable employees to voluntarily comply with laws and regulations.
Hanwha Vision operates various systems and training programs to raise employees' compliance awareness, centered on the Compliance Committee. Through a system that selects 'Compliance Practitioners' who promote and encourage compliance activities in each department, the company is establishing a practical compliance culture.

Compliance training for all employees annually achieves a completion rate of 98-99%, and the compliance index evaluated for executives and department heads has been maintained at nearly perfect scores for the past three consecutive years.
Hanwha Vision introduced a Compliance Program (CP) to establish a systematic support system for voluntary legal compliance. The CP manages areas such as fair trade and subcontracting, environment and safety, product liability, labor relations and organizational culture, intellectual property and trade secrets, and anti-corruption, allowing voluntary judgment and management of legal compliance throughout business activities.
To resolve employees' legal difficulties, Hanwha Vision holds an annual Legal Day. Through free one-on-one consultations with in-house legal experts, it supports employees in solving legal concerns and fostering compliance awareness.
Ansunhong, CEO of Hanwha Vision, said, "Hanwha Vision is a global company with business sites worldwide, complying with international norms and standards while fulfilling social responsibilities. We will grow into a trusted company through higher ethical standards."
In addition, Hanwha Vision has acquired international standard certifications in various fields such as ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System), 9001 (Quality Management System), 14001 (Environmental Management System), 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System), and AEO (Authorized Economic Operator for export-import safety management).
