Insufficient Evidence Judgment

A, Heo Ung's ex-girlfriend, filed a complaint with the police last July, claiming that in May 2021, at a hotel in Seoul, during an argument with Heo Ung, her laminated teeth were damaged, and that he forcibly had sexual intercourse with her in the hotel room, resulting in pregnancy.

However, the police judged that there was insufficient evidence to prove Heo Ung's charges.

Earlier, Heo Ung's side submitted a complaint to the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul, stating that A threatened to expose Heo Ung's private life through the media and social networking services (SNS) from late May 2021 and demanded 300 million won. Regarding this case, the police sent A to the prosecution on the 16th of last month.

In addition, Heo Ung's side also accused A of violating the Narcotics Control Act by alleging drug use, but the police decided not to prosecute on that charge as well.
