Mr. A then expressed his position through an apology letter. He began by saying, "I am the father of the child who urinated on their pants at the kids' cafe recently. I apologize to the residents who use the kids' cafe," and added, "I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by the closure of the kids' cafe. Also, I would like to explain why I am only posting this apology now."

He continued, "After the initial post about the kids' cafe urination appeared on the bulletin board, many complaints were filed with the management office and the Residents' Representative Meeting (RRM). The next day, I received a call from the management office and informed them it was my child.
