‘Hillstate Gwangju Gonjiam Station,’ constructed by Hyundai Engineering, will begin first-come, first-served building and unit number designation contracts at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 7. With contract benefits that reduce the purchasing burden, excellent product quality matching the brand power and accessibility to Pangyo and Gangnam via the Gyeonggang Line Gonjiam Station, high interest is expected.
According to Hyundai Engineering, the first-come, first-served building and unit number designation contract for Hillstate Gwangju Gonjiam Station will take place at 11 a.m. on September 7 (Saturday) at the model house located in Yeok-dong, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The first-come, first-served building and unit designation contract allows anyone aged 19 or older, regardless of their residential area, to contract for the desired remaining units’ building and unit number without a subscription savings account. In particular, Hillstate Gwangju Gonjiam Station significantly lowers the purchasing burden by offering a 5% down payment along with a fixed first installment payment of 5 million KRW, attracting attention from both actual residents and investors.
A sales official stated, “There have been steady contract inquiries from investors in other regions who did not qualify for subscription, and the excellent location and product quality have generated word-of-mouth interest among customers considering switching within other regions,” adding, “As prices continue to rise and the metropolitan real estate market remains hot, contracts are expected to be completed in a short period.”

Meanwhile, Hillstate Gwangju Gonjiam Station will be built in Sindae-ri, Gonjiam-eup, Gwangju-si, Gyeonggi-do (within the Sindae 1 District unit planning area for multi-family housing projects). It will consist of 10 apartment buildings ranging from two basement floors to a maximum of 22 floors above ground, with a total of 635 households of 84㎡ and 139㎡ units. Move-in is scheduled for May 2027.
Using the Gyeonggang Line from Gonjiam Station, it is possible to reach Pangyo Station within 20 minutes without transfers, and by transferring to the Shinbundang Line at Pangyo Station, Gangnam Station can be reached within 40 minutes. The GTX-D line, which connects Samsung Station and Gangnam Station, is also planned to stop at Gonjiam Station. Following this, the development of a residential town with a total of about 3,600 households around Gonjiam Station will also be in full swing.
Additionally, all units are primarily south-facing with various themed gardens, and the landscaping area ratio has been increased to 34%. The complex’s walking paths extend approximately 900 meters. Ample parking space of about 1.5 spaces per household has been secured, and a private storage room for residents is provided for every unit on the first basement floor of each building. A smart window system is provided free of charge as a specialized design feature for low-floor units (1st to 3rd floors).
