LabGenomics Completes Leadership Training... Emphasizing the 'One Team LabJi' Spirit Leadership training site, LabGenomics employees.

LabGenomics announced on the 6th that it conducted leadership training for 38 executives at the team leader level and above over two days starting from the 5th at its Yeonsong Campus in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.


This leadership training was held to comfort leaders exhausted from heavy workloads and to foster a One Team spirit. It focused on the 'One Team Lab.G' philosophy, emphasizing the mutual growth of individuals and organizations, as well as collaboration and communication between teams. Notably, the training included candid, interactive discussions between co-CEOs Kim Jeong-ju and Lee Jong-hoon and the team leaders.


Kim Jeong-ju, CEO of LabGenomics, said, "I want to express my gratitude to the leaders of each department who are striving to enter the U.S. market despite recent business restructuring and the challenging bio industry environment. I hope this training provides all leaders with a chance to regroup and renew their determination."


LabGenomics is focusing on expanding its high value-added clinical market in South Korea, including next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based solid tumor and hematologic cancer diagnostics, as well as dementia diagnosis. In the U.S. market, the company aims to increase profitability through the introduction of Lab-Developed Test (LDT) kits.


The company added, "To realize the strategy of 'One Team Spirit for K-Diagnostics' entry into the U.S. market, strengthening the capabilities of leaders who will drive business expansion is essential."
