Lotte Construction opened the 'Cheongdam Le El' cyber model house on the 6th, a reconstruction of the Cheongdam Samik Apartment, and will accept first-priority subscription applications on the 20th.
Cheongdam Le El is being developed in Cheongdam-dong 134-8, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, consisting of 9 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 35 above-ground floors, with 1,261 households sized between 49 and 218㎡. The general sale units are 149 households sized between 59 and 84㎡. The number of households by area and type is △59㎡A 34 households △59㎡B 39 households △84㎡A 25 households △84㎡B 38 households △84㎡C 13 households. Move-in is scheduled for November 2025.
The subscription schedule starts with special supply on the 19th, followed by first-priority applications for the relevant area on the 20th, first-priority for other areas on the 23rd, and second-priority for both relevant and other areas on the 24th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 30th, and contracts will be signed from October 14 to 16.
Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where Cheongdam Le El is located, is designated as a speculative overheating district, so the price ceiling system applies. To apply for first priority, the subscription savings account must have been held for more than two years as of the date of the resident recruitment announcement, and the deposit amount for each region must be met. Only households with no home or one home or less can apply for first priority, and those who have continuously lived in Seoul for more than two years can apply as first priority in the relevant area.
Cheongdam Le El is located by the Han River, offering views of the Han River. It is a prime location near Cheongdam Station on Subway Line 7, with excellent transportation conditions due to nearby major roads such as Olympic-daero, Dongbu Expressway, and Yeongdong-daero. Within walking distance are Bongeun Elementary and Bongeun Middle Schools, and it is adjacent to prestigious school districts such as Kyunggi High School and Yeongdong High School, as well as the Daechi-dong academy district. There are abundant green spaces and parks such as Cheongdam Neighborhood Park and Bongeunsa Temple.
Cheongdam Le El is a complex applying Lotte Construction's high-end residential brand, featuring differentiated specialized designs and diverse community facilities. It was selected as an 'Excellent Design Apartment' by Seoul City, exempting it from the mandatory balcony removal, thereby increasing the usable area. It applies 4-bay and slab-type layouts (for some units), offering excellent lighting and ventilation, and includes dressing rooms, pantries, and entrance storage to provide ample storage space.
Community facilities include an indoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor golf club, fitness club, salon & book lounge (small library), book cafe, dining cafe, senior salon (senior center), music & lesson multimedia room (youth library), and guest house. The salon & book lounge is located on the 34th floor with views of the Han River.
A Lotte Construction official said, "Cheongdam Le El is a high-end residential complex supplied in the Gangnam area for the first time in four years following the recently occupied Sinbanpo Le El, so we expect a lot of interest from demanders." He added, "'Banpo Le El,' 'Sinbanpo Le El,' and 'Daechi Le El' have already established themselves as premium apartments in Gangnam, and by combining the construction know-how and technology accumulated over a long period, we plan to develop 'Cheongdam Le El' as a top-tier complex."
