Mr. A suddenly punched the side mirror of a parked taxi, then smashed the side mirror of a truck with his fist. He then trudged somewhere again and suddenly threw a punch at the face of a citizen standing in the alley before fleeing.

The police, who responded to the report, conducted inquiries to track down the fleeing Mr. A. The control center staff also reviewed closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage to trace Mr. A’s escape route. When Mr. A appeared in another alley and was about to knock over a parked motorcycle and leave, the police officer immediately subdued and arrested him.

Netizens who heard about the incident expressed various reactions, such as "Is it okay to take out your anger on others just because you feel bad? Then why do we have laws?", "People like that might commit other crimes later. They should be severely punished," and "What crime did the pedestrian on the street commit?"
