According to the content, last July, a taxi carrying a foreign male passenger visited a police substation in Nam-gu, Ulsan. The large amount of blood on the man was from self-inflicted injuries he caused in anger during an argument with an acquaintance inside the taxi. The police provided emergency treatment to the man's severely bleeding fingers through the 119 emergency medical service and then arrested him on charges of illegal stay.
